Beacon Light Announces a Grilling Recipe Contest

Now that Spring has finally arrived around where we are, and Summer is not too far away, we thought it would be fun to have a Grilling Recipe Contest. 

We're looking for creative ways to grill seafood, particularly cod and haddock, which can be a big challenge on the grill.    Grilled salmon recipe recipes are also very popular this time of year.   What's your favorite?

Send your recipe, a story to go with it, and a photo to css@seastarcorp.com.   Deadline for entry is Friday June 3rd.   The winner will receive a Beacon Light apron.  We will also post the recipes for everyone to enjoy.
