Beacon Light Extends Deadline for Grilling Recipe Contest

It feels like Summer around here and we've finally been able to cook some great seafood on our grill.   We've received some amazing recipes for our Grilling Recipe Contest, but realized that many of our fans have not really had a chance to do much grilling until recently.  So we decided to extend the deadline by another week, to Monday June 13. 

Do you have a trick for grilling cod and haddock, which can be a big challenge on the grill?    Grilled salmon recipe recipes are also very popular this time of year.   How about some Grilled Shrimp?    Send us your favorite.

Send your recipe, a story to go with it, and a photo to css@seastarcorp.com.   Deadline for entry is now extended to Monday June 13.   The winner will receive a Beacon Light apron.  We will also post the recipes for everyone to enjoy.
