Warm Water Lobster Tail
Thawing Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator for 10-12 hours before cooking.
Cooking Instructions:
To Boil: Place tail in boiling water and return to boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until visible meat is opaque in appearance. Remove from water and cut shell lengthwise. Remove lobster meat from shell.
To Broil: Split shell lengthwise and remove tail meat. Rest meat on the tail shell and place on broiler pan. Season and baste to taste. Pre-heat broiler and cook 4-6 inches from burner for 3-5 minutes or until tails curl.
To Bake: Split shell lengthwise and season to taste. Wrap tail in foil and bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees F in a pre-heated oven. Remove from foil and broil for 2 minutes.

Thawing Instructions:
Place desired quantity of Jonah Crab claws into a container and thaw in refrigerator for 8 hours. For Quicker thawing, rinse under cold water for 5-7 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve Cold, Cocktail Style- arrange on a platter or serving bowl with ice, lettuce, lemons and cocktail sauce.
Serve Hot- steam heat for 2 minutes and serve on a platter with melted butter.
